We comply with the regulations of the data protection laws and therefore we take the protection of your personal data very seriously in your interest.

This section informs you about the nature, scope and purpose of how we collect and use your personal data.

 

1. Collection, processing, use and deletion of personal data

We save the personal data which you have entrusted to us such as company, name, address, telephone, email and your correspondence with us. We only use this data to take, fulfil and process your order and to ship deliverables to you if you order advertising materials (customer newsletter, e-news). We store your data in a customer database and archive your correspondence for the duration of the business relationship. After your final contact, your data is stored in our archives for six calendar years (invoices for ten years).

We comply with the legal regulations of Art. 6 Para. 1 b) of the GDPR regarding the processing of this data.

 

2. Transfer of personal data

The data we collect is not used outside our company, sold or transferred to third parties in any way unless it is essential for the execution of the contract.

 

3. Data transmission and logging for internal system and statistical purposes

You can visit our website without disclosing any personal data or your identity. When you visit our website, your web browser transmits data automatically to our web server (log files information) for technical purposes. This data is processed in compliance with Art. 6 Paras. 1 b) and f) of the GDPR to improve the performance of our website. This data includes the date and time of your visit, the URL of the referring web page, your browser type and version, the operating system and your IP address. This data is saved separately from other data which you entered while using our services. We are unable to associate this data to a specific person. The data is also completely anonymised as soon as you finish using our website.  Anonymised data is only evaluated for statistical purposes and is not traceable to any specific person.

 

4. Cookies

We use cookies to save your shopping basket and allow us to process your order. Cookies are small text files placed by web servers in the memory of your web browser on the computer you are using. Cookers from our website do not collect any personal data about you or your visit (we do not carry out any “tracking”). You can delete cookies at any time in the appropriate menu option of your web browser or by deleting the cookies from your hard disk. Please refer to the help menu in your web browser for more information. You also have the option of blocking cookies from being saved on your computer by making the appropriate settings in your browser. However, this may affect the function of our website.

 

5.Right to information and supply of information

You are entitled at any time to receive information about your personal data in our possession free of charge. You have the option to object to the processing of your personal data at any time and you are entitled to correct, block or delete this data.
